Pink Meadow Refund and Exchange Policy:
- By checking the following: “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions ” box provided upon check out.
- This states the understanding and accepting the information regarding the “Returns and Exchange Policy”.
- All refund and/or exchanges must be email requested within seven business days* This includes items ordered as gifts from the date of shipment delivery arrival provided by the postal tracking information arrival date.
- *Business Days: Monday-Friday
Follow All Directions Listed For For A Correct Refund And/Or Exchange:
#1. Must first send an email requesting a refund or exchange BEFORE returning.
*Email: sales@pinkmeadow.com Subject: “Return and/or Exchange”
Include in the email why you are requesting a refund or an exchange. Include your order number located on the receipt.
#2. After sending and receiving email approval from Pink Meadow for the return.
Ship all returns in an USPS approved shipping box and the order receipt with written information on the receipt in regards to why the item(s) are being returned.
#3.Upon return shipment *Email Postal Tracking Number provided by the shipping carrier on postal receipt.
- All merchandise being returned or exchanged must be unused, and have all applicable tags still attached.
- Including item(s) with a tag that states “This Tag Must Be Attached”.
- Allow up to *4 to 5 business days upon return for processing of all returns and exchanges.
- Refunds is based on the credit cards terms and policies. Allow a complete 30 day credit card billing cycling for refund show applied.
- No cash or money order refunds.
- *The shipping cost for an exchange and/or return is the responsibility of the customer in regards to either the return for a refund and/or return for exchange based on listed terms.
- Refunds will not be applied and/or provided to orders stated as “Delivered” with any postal delivery location information that is listed using the tracking information provided from the postal/delivery service to the shipping address provided on the “Pink Meadow” order receipt.
- Refunds will not be applied and/or provided for orders lost or delivered incorrectly due to an “Incorrect Shipping Address” that is provided by the customer on the “Pink Meadow” order receipt which states the order number, order information and shipping address.
Special Order/Large Purchases: All special orders and/or large gift discounted purchases placed on the “Special Orders” shopping cart are Nonrefundable. Refund details are provided and stated on shopping cart at time of purchase.
Exchange Policy:
To exchange an item(s) for equal or lesser value send an *email requesting an exchange prior to returning.
Include in return shipping box the receipt with written information in regards to the requested exchange.
Example: Returning item #PM1234 For Exchange. Exchange For Item #PM1235.
*Shipping return cost for an exchange and/or return is responsibility of customer:
Shipping Cost Refund Will Apply For:
- Item(s) ordered arrived damaged*
- Incorrect item(s) was received*
- *The return shipping fees for both options listed will be provided only upon approval.
Shipping Cost Credit Will Not Apply:
- The item(s) and/or item size is correctly received as ordered on receipt and/or exchange of item, exchange of size and/or refund for item(s) is requested.
- The item(s) size is not what expected, the color shade, the item material, and/or item selected size is not liked or fitting properly.
- The order shipment was returned due to incorrect receipt address and/or not retrieved from postal service upon notification of delivery.
